How do weekly quests work?

They converted the dailies in WG over to weekly quests. How does the timer work for that? Is it reset a week after you complete them, or is there a set reset time during the week like there is for dailies in the morning?

They reset at the same time as instances like Ulduar and Naxxramas during the weekly maintenance.
