NPCs not spawning in Venture Bay

It's been 20+ minutes since I gained control of the Venture Bay lighthouse area. All Alliance NPCs are dead but the NPC quest giver that normally stands at the lighthouse and the NPC vendor that stands to the door of the inn still have not spawned.

Is there a way to poke them out of hiding and tell them that their break is over?

Was the capture bar on the Alliance side as well, Dannata?

No, the bar was all the way over to the Horde side . I checked again about 20 minutes ago and the NPCs still weren't there. The world server just went down. If it resets the NPCs I will post here.

Ah, I saw your posting character and thought you were doing this for the Alliance. Please let me know and if the NPC's still are not there and the Horde control the area I'll see what can be done.

The world server restting apparently kicked them back into place. Thanks for your attention to it anyhow. (and unless I am bugging out on the forums, to me I am posting on a Horde DK from Maelstrom which is the character/realm that was having the issue)

And apparently I need a drink with a bit more sugar in it. O.o
