Camera zoomed in all the way and stuck help

My camera distance setting is at max and i usually zoom in and out with my mouse scroll wheel but for some reason my character in wow is stuck in first person and i cant zoom out.... my mouse scroll wheel works i cant figure out the problem i tried logging in and out closing wow completely and logging back in none of it worked
