Secret asnwer retrieve/change?

my account was stolen about 2 months ago, and it was about a 2 year old account, i was real dumb when i made my account, and didnt use real info, and didnt write any of it down or anything like that, so i didnt know my name, address, phone number, and secret answer that i used, but i got lucky and called blizz and we figured it out, i gave my cd keys for the game, and both exspansions, and credit card numbers used to buy the account and a few game times off of the site, and they gave the account back no problem, just took about a week to resolve, but i would like to know how i can change my secret word so if this happend again i could just call them up and quickly give them the correct info ya know, make it alot easier, i keep reading peoples posts about you not being able to change it, i understand why there isnt a feature or somthing on the site letting you change it like a password but if i gave them my info like i did and got my entire account back, why would it be a burden to change the secret word? any advice would be great, i already emailed them just have to wait til tomorrow or shortly after for there response, just seein if i could get a quicker one while waiting on theres. thanks in advance.
