Harass, threaten, stalk, embarrass or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort to any user of the Program; is.

After having several guildies talk to GM's this evening, We all got the same responses regarding an incedent tonight.

The top guild on our sever tricked one of our members into helping them out, sudendly he was promoted, then kicked. Two players ran into TK and SSC (this guild has cleared both and doesn't even bother with them any more as they downed archi etc.) and took the raid ID's. They killed Lady Vashj (which our best attempt was 23% last week and we were going to give a full night of attempts on her monday)While I know that this is not a banable offense, (and a gm says that we are to blame which I agree with) where I am confused is that they spamed trade chat about what they had done, made screen shots and made forum posts that all ........

Harass, threaten, stalk, embarrass or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort to any user of the Program;

All the GM's said was that this would be looked into.

This was more than just one player to another, this was many people of one guild violating TOS / use to all the players of another guild.

My question is their actions banable or not?

The behavior you've briefly described, Tiberium, may be considered defamatory or harassing; however, I will refrain from passing specific judgment here, as matters of this nature are--and will always be--entirely dependent on context.

If you have reported the language used in-game via the petitioning system, and if a Game Master has assured either you or a fellow guildmate that appropriate action will be taken, then you have done all that you can in this respect. If you wish to bring light to certain questionable actions demonstrated on our forums, you are encouraged to use the "biohazard" symbol or email [email protected].

However the massive amount of spam, harassment, embarrasment , and all around discomfort and distress to the whole guild through Trade Channel and other communicatoins through tells/wispers, General Chat channel, and regular talking is what is in question of a direct violation of the TOS/ use agreement.
