Frustration and our lost game time. (We could be doing our raiding right now...) I mean I can understand down time to update your servers, patch them, have maintenance and etc. But when the problems fall into your hands Blizzard for something that went wrong on your part and were losing our free time that we have to play World of Warcraft, we deserve some sort of compensation, I'm not asking for anything major I'm simply asking for something that makes up for your errors and our lost play time, this is not normal maintenance down time... I pay $15 USD a month which is quite pricey to me especially in our economy today. If you could find it possible to do some sort of compensation please do it, with our money you should be having top notch servers, we should not be experiencing these type of problems if you really put as much money into the realms as you "Say" you do.
