Can't add credit card to setup subscription.

Hi, I just had my account restored after investigation with the help of Orlyia. Trying to sort some account management issues during server maintenance, assuming my recurring subscription had been stopped when my account was suspended, so I am now trying to setup billing to charge my credit card again when my subscription expires.

I seem unable to to this. I have no current subscription active, and I am unable to add my credit card information by using the "setup subscription" button. I have tried 2 valid credit cards. After I submit my credit card information, it takes a long time to load the next page, and when it does, it is the same page but nothing has been approved/ entered.

Was wondering if there is some kind of restriction on my account still, or credit card facilities are down.

This is most likely due to maintenance, Raeden. Many web services are unavailable when the realms are.

I'd give this another try when everything has finished up. If you find you still have this issue then, a call to Billing may be in order for a bit of assistance.

Oh, no problem at all - I know it's been a frustrating time.

While I suspect this is maintenance related, Billing is always happy to answer questions of this nature or offer assistance.
