I think you'd be hard pressed to find many examples where we request that no one other than the affected party post in a thread. I can assure you that we'll do everything we can to avoid those sorts of situations; however, there are times in which we must make such a request to ensure that we're able to assist our customers. Ultimately, our desire is not to make customers feeling disenfranchised jump through any hoops when it is not at all necessary.
With that being said, you're more than welcome to send your feedback and thoughts to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com or even wowcsforum@blizzard.com. I can assure you, however, that we always have our players' best interest in mind and want nothing more than to provide them with a safe, secure environment where they can receive the help they need.
