Won't let me make a Death Knight

Just bought Lich King about 6 hours ago, I instailed and i'm also lvl 57 atm. Went to log on and make a new account the Death Knight icon is still gray. I've log into the main site it says Lich King was instailed so I'm not sure what i am doing wrong. Any ideas?
Well, this is upgraded on our end. I suspect this is just the normal delay you'll see in upgrades.
It can take a few hours (sometimes up to 72) for an upgrade to fully migrate through the system and unlock additional features.
It normally doesn't take that long, but it can in some cases.
