Embarassed to have bought this game

I assure you, Tylerdotsu, the only people being paid to post on these forums have the words "Blizzard Poster" under their avatar.

The majority of players are happy with their experiences. Are they happy with us all the time? Absolutely not, but most of them understand that an MMORPG of this magnitude, one that is continually adding free content and working to improve itself is going to have issues from time to time.

They know we are working our hardest to make this game the best it can possibly be and if there is down time that we will work to keep that down time as minimal as we can.

I'm sorry that we have not lived up to your expectations. In order to help us improve I do hope you provide us an accurate description of why you are leaving when you cancel your account. As much as I appreciate your opinions, Tylerdotsu, the Game Master Department is not responsible for the development of the game so posting here on why you are leaving us does not assist us in improving.
