Can a single WoW Authenticator be used for multiple accounts?

Yes sir! You are free to link your single Blizzard Authenticator to as many accounts as you like. Just be aware that you need the physical authenticator to log in to them all, so sharing it with friends and family would not be much of an easy mode.
