Guild control problem

THIS IS A MESSAGE FROM A DIFFORENT USER PLEASE READ IT AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM THE LAST TIME THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED AND THE SUPPORT STOPPED I PAY FOR THE SERVICE I EXPECT IT ALL TO WORK HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO THE OPTIONS WERE THERE AND NOW THEY ARE NOT IM SIMPLY ASKING WHY IS THIS SO

HOW COME THE OPTIONS HAVE CHANGED

My memory is a little fuzzy, but I think what he is saying is that officers in a guild used to be able to do some limited [Guild Control] changes (as determined by the Guild Master) and now for officers the [Guild Control] button is disabled.

Example - The ability of an officer to change chat privileges for lower ranks.

I seem to recall having access to these controls way back when, now they are no longer available. Whether this is an intended change or not (or incorrect memory) I do not know.

THIS MEANS THE GUILD CONTROL PANEL I HAVE OFFICERS THAT WERE ABLE TO VIEW THE GUILD CONTROL ABOUT 5 DAYS AGO WITHOUT A PROBLEM ALL OF A SUDDEN KNOWONE IS ABLE TO I HAVE OFFICERS THAT HAVE FULL RIGHTS TO THE BANK AND CANT WITHDRAW MONEY OUT ITS BLOCKED OFF TO THEM I HAVE EVERYTHING BLOCKED OFF AND KNOWONE IS SOLVING THIS PROBLEM OR ACTING LIKE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT CAN SOMEONE LOOK INTO THIS PLEASE AND FIND OUT I HAVE MY GUILD LEADER ACCOUNT EVERYTHING WORKS BUT THE OFFICERS ACCOUNTS NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO GUILD CONTROL

AND MY GUILD IS NOT THE ONLY 1 WITH THIS PROBLEM SEVERAL OTHER GUILDS THAT THERE OFFICERS HAD THE CONTROL NO LONGER DO ITS ALL 100% 100% BLOCKED OFF

PLEASE FIND A SOLUTION TO THIS I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE IT WAS WORKING AND MY GUILD OFFICERS NOW SAY IT DOESNT WORK I HAVE NO IDEA THATS WHERE U GUYZ COME INTO PLAY!!!!

I'm sorry, Dredloks, but I'm not psychic. Without some idea of who you are channeling, I am unable to look into the issue.

Which would be a shame since the request was worded so wonderfully, I simply feel inspired. :)

If you could give me the name and realm of the character this is coming from I may be able to look into it.

That person isn't currently in a guild, Dredloks. Unless the name was misspelled.

It makes it difficult to read for one, and for another caps is usually considered yelling in text form. :)

If you are referring to the ability to set permissions, like you stated in your first thread, Dredloks, I'm afraid only the Guild Leader can do that.

The Guild Leader can give specific ranks the ability to demote and promote guild members, and as someone else suggested, the Guild Leader can set up a specific rank to not have speaking privileges. But the Guild Control options can not otherwise be used by anyone other than the Guild Leader.

I honestly don't recall Guild Controls being accessible to anyone other than the Guild Leader but then I only recently cared to be an officer in my guild.

If you would like to see such options made available, Dredloks, I recommend posting in our Suggestion Forum where our Developers can see your thread.

It may have been removed, though I don't recall Guild Controls ever been accessible by anyone other than the Guild Leader.

Calling will have no effect though, Dredloks. The only two numbers we have are Billing and Technical Support. Neither department will be able to assist with a Developmental issue, which is why I suggested that you post on the Suggestion Forum.
