Billing wait time.

What is the wait time with billing via email and phone?

I sent an email last night, it is now 2:30 PM for me.

And I called Blizzard Billing at 1:00 PM, just hung up now. On the line/hold for about an hour.

What are the wait times right now? Oo

I apologize for the delays you may have experienced, Ei. As the Billing and Account Services department is closed on weekends, Mondays tend to be our busiest day of the week.

Fortunately, it appears that we are now dealing with a more sensible call volume so you may have better luck getting through to us a bit faster at this point in time.
