More useful.


Blue, burst damage is a problem because it kills people before they have the time to react, reducing 'skillful' use of game mechanics.

A potential way to fix it is to reduce burst damage.

You can take that further to say that if you can always survive every one on one attack, then once both sides are getting healed, nobody will ever die and matches will just go on and on until perhaps someone runs out of mana or gets bored.
