Too many password recovery attempts

Hi, I just got keylogged today, somehow im still logged on the wow forums with my account,
I've never got a email saying that either my email or password or account information have been change, unless he went on my hotmail aswell, when i tried to recover my password it said

too many password recovery attempts

How long does it take to reset the attempts for retrieving?

And of course it had to happen a weekend day so cant call them, also sent a mail about it.
