Court of Bones gone, no more Argent Tourny?:(

I had decided to finally go through and do my Icecrown quests, and now as I'm doing them I just finished Tirion's Gambit...as it stands though the Court of Bones is now phased out to having a bunch of lich's, anubarak guys, etc. The argent tournament guys there are gone :( This happened before when I had to take control of Arthas to fight Illidan, but when I turned that quest in it went back to normal.

Now after handing in Tirion's Gambit, it has not returned to normal. Can I no longer do Argent tournament stuff down here as I progress in icecrown?

Which NPC's are you having difficulty seeing, Tihikea? As you are progressing through to Tirion's Gambit and finally complete the quest some areas in Icecrown go through a few changes but you should still have access to the appropriate NPC's in Argent Tournament Grounds.
