Heirloom Items to a Different Server, Halp?

I just rolled on a new server recently and have no 80 to back him up.

I still would love to benefit from the heirloom program. Is there anyway possible to purchase Heirloom Items and get them over to the alt on another server?

I think the only way currently is to simply transfer the character to the server...

Is it possible to petition a in game GM and ask him to transfer the heirlooms to my ALT?

I am sure this question has come up in the past and I am sure the Game Master's Policy is to not perform this action since its not exactly policy.

Just wondering. Just wish Bind on Account items were really Bind on Account. Currently they are Bind on Realm/Server.

As a side note:
I wish i could mail my other char like this: Xtopherus-Duskwood
And only allow this for your OWN account characters, as gold sellers would uitilize this more than players.
I think I may post a suggestion for the cross account mail thingy on the suggestions forum.

At present, Bind on Account items may only be transferred through our in-game mailing system; thus, cross-realm and cross-faction transfers are not available at this time. With this, I fear the Game Master department will unable to assist with such a transfer or swap.

Should you transfer a character with a BoA item within its inventory, though, upon arrival on the destination realm, this character would be able to mail the BoA item to other characters on that realm without difficulty (faction restricted, of course).

I encourage you to do so! :)
