I can't find my realm and account~help

I have a issue now.I can't find the Dragonmaw realm and in this realm's character.But my friend can play now.I don't why?Help me GM pretty please ~OH~I can use my main character in outher realm.

We have been having some reports on this.

My first two recommendations are in this order.

First, try rebooting your system entirely. That's fairly quick, easy to do - and some players have reported that has worked.

Next, if rebooting doesn't help, please try flushing your DNS. Instructions on that can be found here.
