Hello Jakub,

You have successfully merged the following World of Warcraft account:

Ok, a few points here.

First, while it's fine to post an email like this, please edit out any personal information like emails, account names, etc.

Second, if you are using a friend's account to post here from a machine with malware present, chances are very good you've just allowed his account to be compromised as well. Please contact him immediately and tell him he needs to change his password.

Now, to get this unmerged, you are going to need to talk to Billing. Remember to have them correct the email address as well if it is incorrect.

Players in Singapore should call 800-2549-9273
Players in Chile should call 1230-020-5554
Players in Mexico should call 001-888-578-7628
Players in Argentina should call 0800-333-0778
All other international players should call: (949) 955-0283

In the meantime, I highly recommend a deep security scan of your system. To do this, someone had your password and account name. This means your account was compromised already, whether or not they'd ever gotten into it to do mischief.

These two stickies should prove useful. After this gets unmerged, the steps for a compromise are pretty much the same.

Last but not least, you may want to consider getting an authenticator either from our online store, or getting the free downloadable app if you have an iPhone.

I do wish you all the best.
