What staffing agency does blizzard use....?

...if any to hire temporary/overflow customer service representatives.

I'm almost certain getting a job with Blizzard will be a very time-consuming task, and was wondering if there was a "way in through the back door".

I wouldn't even bee surprised if Blizzard outsourced some of it's customer service operations.

Just looking at other options.

Aye they do, Arrowstriker, but the training required by banks, financial services, etc... are pretty universal.

We have specialized tools and policies so we prefer to hire and train our own staff. Working customer service for an MMO, especially this MMO, is unlike anything most people have ever experienced, that takes preparation. :D
