My account was hacked on saturday last week, it was merged with a battle.net account so that i can not access it ( im using my mates account to pst this ) i tried to open ingame ticket while seeing my characters logging on without me playing them, that was no help. i have send several emails and messages using the blizzard support page, but i still havent had any reply from blizzard all i got it a load of "do not reply" messages saying that they recieved my emails. i play on a US realm but live in the UK i cant call the US because of the phone bill. how long does it normaly take for blizzard to reply to emails from customers needing help about accounts being stolen and items stolen and characters deleted by the hacker.
