Character account xfers

when making a new account what information now matters as i know the last name on the account has to match to xfer characters between accounts, is it the last name on the Battle.net account or the wow account? My accounts are merged but they had different last names on them, and thinking of starting a RAF account and needed to know.

Even with Battle.net accounts the last name will need to match for Paid Character Transfers. This follows the same principle of the World of Warcraft accounts needing last names to match in order to transfer between accounts.

This is meant as a preventative measure to ensure characters are not being moved between different account holders as that is not currently supported by our policies.

If you are starting a new account you will want to ensure you put it in your proper first and last name to avoid any issues down the line, Mythric.
