temporarily disabled

This account has been temporarily disabled and is currently unable to access World of Warcraft.

This happened to me, beggining of april, and i cancel my subsription through the middle of its six months recurring, now it is temporarily disabled, im not surw quite what is going on, mabye because they gave me back some of my money for the time that wasnt spent, thereofore locking account till full time is spent, or it is because of some other reason?

I did not recieve an email explaining full details, or mabye i misread

Another issue being is that i cant even manage my account, doesnt let me because it is temporarily disabled, i had to use my friends account to even post this, very annoying.

Help please if anyone knows anything

I only ask because I see no reason why you would be receiving the above message on this account; especially if you're able to post on it.

You didn't answer my question regarding whether or not the issue was with the account you're posting on or not. It would appear that the issue was with a different account.

As such, you need to call our Billing department regarding this issue.
