Thank you to all of Blizzards employees that work hard to keep our game play as smooth as possible, even on Tuesdays when everybody is throwing fits and complaining about the maintenance. You guys and gals don't get nearly as much credit as you should, it takes a good deal of work to keep everything running smoothly.

I hope that this wont get drowned in a flood of complaints, you all should be thanked everyday. Unfortunately people tend to focus on the downtime, and not the good things you all do.

So I thank you again for all your hard work and time that everybody puts in.

Q u o t e:
Whilst things do go wrong from time to time, Blizzard needs to be a little more open about what is going on.

From the most recent update to our Breaking News:
Q u o t e:
During today's maintenance, we implemented some network improvements to a certain number of realms, listed below. Unfortunately, this caused an unforeseen connection error which took time to identify and fix. We have resolved the initial issues that were affecting these realms, but still need to complete the regular procedure of maintenance, including this week's patch. We currently have no estimate on when these realms will be available for play but will provide another update by approximately 7:30pm PDT. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
