So when do we get our compensation for not being able to access what we pay for? It's been 16 hours...this is ridiculous and unacceptable.

We understand that extended maintenance periods can be frustrating. If you feel that this situation merits compensation of play time, then you may make a post on our Suggestions forum to that effect so that the appropriate parties may be afforded the opportunity to see and review your request.

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to forward compensation requests from this forum, though I do apologize if you've found the extended downtime inconvenient at all.
