Is this harassment?

I've got 2 or 3 people following me from town to town killing the AH venders while I'm using them. They are angry because I bought something they sold on the AH for 1 copper, and will not give it back. They are accusing me of being a ninja, a botter, a thief. They've been harassing me with whispers and have been doing all of this constantly since about 8am PST. I've also got the following :

<removed>

He/she has also stated that they are using multiple accounts, including friends accounts to place these 80's. I've got screen shots of that as well.

I've opened a ticket, but there is a long wait time. I just wanted to know if I should keep this ticket open, or if this is not harassment.

We take potential harassment very seriously. If you feel that another player is engaging in a focused and ongoing attempt to disrupt your enjoyment of World of Warcraft, then please feel free to let us know, and we will investigate accordingly.

That said, 'trolling' the neutral auction house in an attempt to snap up drastically under-priced items when other players attempt to transfer items cross faction is bound to ruffle some feathers. As with any activity in World of Warcraft, when your choices impact on the fun of other players, there may be social consequences even if an activity itself does not directly represent a strict violation of our policies.

I understand this. But social consequences does not equate to harassment. It's my understanding that camping venders when someone is trying to use them, and following said person from town to town to make SURE they can't use them, is harassment.

Quite so!

That kind of activity could indeed be interpreted as on-going harassment, and should you find that these players are engaging in this kind of activity, I encourage you to let us know so that we can look into the matter.

I apologize if my statements regarding the potential social consequences of questionable in-game behavior lead you to believe otherwise.
