"Incorrect Password" when i log in?

I am posting on my friends account here. I had scroll of res put onto my account last week (the 21st i believe) and everything was all good, but now it says incorrect password when I log in. I go to the given website "worldofwarcraft.com/loginsupport" and it tells me that my account doesnt exist. MY character name is Kainn on the Shattered Halls server.

P.S. I know i wasnt banned or anything cuz I checked my email to make sure i didnt have any emails from blizzard saying that that was the case.

You are receiving the error message, "Either that account name doesn't exist or the e-mail is incorrect.," correct?

Is it possible that someone else came in control of the account and changed the registered e-mail address?

If so, you may want to contact our Billing Department to verify the registered e-mail address and regain control of the account.

I'm terribly sorry that you feel as if I am casting you aside, Lilani; I can assure you that is not the case. Unfortunately, however, one of two things is occurring. Either you have repeated mistyped your account name registered e-mail address or your registered e-mail address was changed by a third-party.

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide any more information regarding the account's history as I, personally, am unable to verify that you are the registered user of the account. It is for this reason that you must contact our Billing Department.
