I'm terribly sorry that you feel as if I am casting you aside, Lilani; I can assure you that is not the case. Unfortunately, however, one of two things is occurring. Either you have repeated mistyped your account name registered e-mail address or your registered e-mail address was changed by a third-party.
Unfortunately, I am unable to provide any more information regarding the account's history as I, personally, am unable to verify that you are the registered user of the account. It is for this reason that you must contact our Billing Department.
