- Call Your Financial Institution!!
- Before you attempt to purchase a ticket, we recommend that you contact your financial institution to discuss any possible restrictions which may prevent us from being able to authorize the card in question. It is important that any potential issues such as this are addressed ahead of time as you will only have 15 minutes to finalize the transaction after reaching checkout!

- Blizzard's Billing & Account Services team will be open for special weekend hours on Saturday 5/30, between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm PDT.
- Answering general questions about the BlizzCon purchase process.
- Battle.net account creation and login (necessary for users to place ticket orders)
- Normal World of Warcraft account support
