WotLK trial

Hey,
After several days of trying I was finally able to use a scroll of resurrection on my account (I had to call blizzard customer support and they took care of it there). However, now that I have done that I went to apply the 10 day free trial of WotLK to my account and have found that it says I have already applied this trial to my account.

Considering this account has been dead since august or so of last year, and this free trial was the first time I have been on the account since that time; there is no way I have used this WotLK trial. Can a GM take care of this? Because at the moment I am burning through this 10 day scroll period without being able to access the usable content (as my character I will be playing is already level 70).

We are currently investigating several reports regarding the Wrath of the Lich King Trial service not being available for accounts that should be eligible. While I do not have an ETA available at this time, we are working to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
