Account Hacked or Account email changed

I tryed to get on wow, about two days ago and it said my password was invalid. After a few attempts i changed it using the blizzard website and it worked fine. The next day when i try to log on it says the same thing that my password is invalid, I try to change it again and now the blizz site says that my accounts Email address is not valid, i also called the phone line and sent a email to the customer support, which i have received no response. So if there is anyway anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. *NOTE i am using a friends account to post this.*

If both the email address and the password have been changed without your authorization, Misfit, then you will probably need to contact the Billing department by phone for assistance with recovering access to the account.
