Using recruit a friend my mate didnt get his free 30 days after my subscription has started and ive upgraded account to full account... why is this? Reason why he needs time is because he has run out of time and we cannot use the extra XP bonus because he cannot logg on.

If you just upgraded and it's pending, this may just be in process.

As Tandaa stated, if you are paying by Credit Card, it won't actually bill till any free time you have has been used.

Pending just means the payment still isn't finalized, for various reasons. Once that is no longer in a pending status, the rest should process.

The free gametime should come with the upgrade. Now, other RAF awards, yes - that will come once you've actually billed the two months.

I suspect this is just in progress, but he could always double check on this with billing.

Does that make sense?
