Authenticator locked?

I tried to log onto my wow account and it wouldn't let me, so I went to account manage ment to try and log in, and this is what it said "The authenticator attached to this account is locked due to multiple failed attempts. Please call our billing department to unlock it." its a battle.net account too. any help blizz?

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

At the moment, I would wholeheartedly recommend following those directions and contacting our Billing and Account Services Department Cravex.
