Pay by Phone membership removed?

The average time to get final verification on the Phone Bill charge is a few hours.

If your friend checks his Billing section on Account Management he should be able to see his history and if there was a successful charge or if it was removed. If it was removed he can attempt to add it again to see if it will go through, or use a different method of payment.

If the number he was given to confirm the charge is not working for him then the charge would not be able to authorize or finalize. Your friend will not be charged for each attempt he makes to contact PaymentOne to get this charge to accept.

These phone charges are done by a third party company and it is stated that if after 24 hours it is still not accepting you may want to start the process over. This would include canceling the pending transaction and beginning again.

If he continues experiencing issues with his home phone line not setting up the PaymentOne phone bill plan he may want to contact his phone company to ensure they do accept 3rd party phone billing, or use a different method of payment like Game Cards or PayPal.
