Folks, it's important that the Customer Service Forum remains a civil and friendly environment where players can feel comfortable bringing matters to the attention of the Game Master department. Approaching your fellow posters from a place of empathy and understanding—even when you are confronted with hostility, frustration, and possible antagonism—is thus incredibly key, as it invites discourse and encourages the sharing of information. It's not just about providing the correct answer, after all, but fostering an atmosphere where one can be assisted without feeling disenfranchised.

This isn't a battleground or football field, so let's ditch the offense and defense. As always, should you feel as though any posts herein are inappropriate, please let us know by tapping the biohazard button.
