In one of my 25-man Ulduar raids, I was ever so lovingly thrust deep into Ignis's burning love... err... lava pot. Once burning with love... err... fire for a couple seconds, I clicked on mr. Iceblock and rode out the storm. Only to be dropped by ignis for another raid member and not even afforded a Heroic: Hot Pocket achievement -- or even a phone call.

I posted a ticket, to which a GM later informed me that "this is a known issue." I left that conversation believing that I would be credited with the achievement. THat was a couple weeks ago and still no achievement. Did I just get forgotten about or will I not be getting this achievment until the next 25-man Ignis fight?

It is intended that you need to survived through the slag pot to get the achievement. I'm sure you'll get grabbed again in a couple weeks, have your healthstone/health potion ready and you should get it easily.
