I was told about a week 1/2 ago that the guild master must be unactive for a month(he was for about 23 days). it put our guild in a bit a punch but he has now reached a month.. i opened up the ticket and it was to be escalated but now they say they cannot do that at this time and contacted the guild master.
what was the point of waiting the extra week+just so you could contact the guild master? or at least could have said "we need to contact the guild master before we can trade off the rank". nothing like that was told.. just that the guild master had to be unactive for a month. which it has been we wanted to have the spot so we could fix our guild around before our next raid(which is weds.). and were all excited to finally be able to fix stuff..
sorry this is the first time i'm kinda fustrated about something <.<, i've kept a close watch on this and it'll really put a hinder in the work that we already had to hold back over 3 weeks and have suffered enough because of that alone

The Guild Leader needs to be inactive for 30+ days before we can start the process of possibly switching leadership to another person in the guild, Legendentity. I am sorry for what confusion this may have caused you.
Q u o t e:

considering we dont' have email addresses, and not everyone freely gives out their phone number. blizzard can contact them much easier then any of the guildmates could.

I'm not understanding this statement, Legendentity. The in-game mail that we sent you informed you of the fact that we have contacted the Guild Master and that we will contact you once a resolution is available.

That in-game mail also gave you a contact e-mail address if you had further questions. :)
