It appears that both the Emberstorm and the Whirlwind battlegroup has gone down unexpectedly.

Our Realm Technicians are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
I will provide what updates I can as soon as I receive news.

Folks, it looks like they may have found the cause of the issue and they are working to bring all realms back online now.
I don't have an estimate on when the realms will be accepting players once more but as soon as I have an update I'll let you know. Thank you for your continued patience.

From what I've been able to find out, Altheå, it looks like there was a massive power outage in the area.

If the power is still out in that area the estimate is likely what the power company gave us, Altheå. Once power returns it shouldn't take very long to get the realms up and running once more.

It looks active to me, Tiiff, did you try rebooting the client? Make sure you aren't on any of the other tabs for realm selection, you want to be on the United States one.

Mok'Nathal has apparently run into a few issues when they were bringing it back online. They are currently working to resolve those issues to people can log in once more.
As soon as I am given more information I'll pass it on.

No, I'm not, Oryyan. As stated in one of my very first posts if you wish to be provided compensation for this unexpected downtime you will need to post on our Suggestion Forums. The Game Master Department does not make such determinations.

You can't play this game and honestly say that can you, Oryyan? Look at the majority of the quests and parodies out there, not to mention some of the events that we've run.
You didn't post in a joking manner so I responded in kind. Also, replying humourly to that question has resulted in a huge explosion of posts attacking me personally, I'd rather not invite it if I can avoid it. :D

I have a Question, I was Playing on Azuremyst and was disconnected, around the same time the info message went out. and now when I try to log in all I see after login page is a page showing stuff as if i was starting a new character and realm. It shows azuremyt as up and Maintnace is tonight Am I mistaken?? and if so how can i log back in Thanks!
Did you select Azuremyst, Bsctsngravy? That message usually pops up when the realm is not currently available but it won't go away once the realm is back online, you have to actually select the realm you want to visit.
