I should note that Game Masters are not able to provide game hints so would not be able to tell you if the mace was dropping or not. They provided what example that they could that such drops are random and from their personal experience you are experiencing some bad luck in getting the mace to drop.
Really not disrespectful in my opinion but you obviously believe differently. It seems that we're usually criticized if we seem too impersonal and robotic and also criticized if we aren't.
Feel free to write to that address, Fairchild and good luck obtaining the item you have been unable to obtain thus far.

No, it is not inherently against our Code of Conduct to post web addresses, it really depends on the contents of the link. If it leads to a page that contains inappropriate language or subject matter that may be considered a violation of our policies.
