In some cases you may see a pending charge on your statement after an unsuccessful upgrade attempt. Fortunately, this is a temporary charge that will not be collected, and will normally reverse itself within a few days. If you have any questions regarding how long those funds will be held, it would probably be best to contact the card provider for more information.
Additionally, if you are still experiencing difficulty with upgrading your account, please feel free to contact the Billing department for assistance. As you mentioned we are indeed experiencing a large call volume at this time as we normally do on Monday mornings, but we will be happy to help to the best of our abilities once we are in contact.
Alternatively, you may instead look into purchasing a retail copy of The Burning Crusades in order to upgrade the account in question.
