Account Closure - Blue Tracker

Alright so I've done some research and seen many responses from GM's on these boards and other players regarding what happens when the account is closed. Here is what I got from an email.

After a thorough investigation, we have found that a player of the account listed above participated in activities designed to gain an unfair advantage in the World of Warcraft economy.

This is the only reason I have received and I still do not understand. I have not done anything wrong, this happened last night between 9:30-10:30. Before that I was in Ulduar for four hours progressing through new content. I got new shoulders on my main and got an off spec healing chest. Before that? I was on my main's account (the one that is closed) and this one on my alts leveling. I used the RAF for this one to have a second account and theres nothing wrong with that.

I've been playing since November 04'. I have not done ANYTHING wrong. I am really confused as to why this happened and that I received NO emails or in-game mail before hand suggesting this. It was out of the blue and happened within an hour which to me seems completely wrong. At least give me notice.

Again I am going to restate it over and over and over, I have done NOTHING wrong. Playing for 3+ years and just recently getting a second account and then out of the blue its closed really really really irritates me and I am extremely upset that I can not level my main account and this one to 60 and that I will be missing out of Guilds Ulduar progression this weekend.

The name is RealÃ¬ty on the server Arthas, Guild Subdermal Hematoma. I have 2 80s, 3 70s, a 59, and the priest which is at 43 that I am leveling with this RAF account.

Any response would be appreciated as I understand Blizzcon tickets went on sell today I would still like a contact other than email.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the issue at hand — there are certain situations in which we are unable to provide specifics here in order to ensure that those who would use such information to abuse the system are unable to do so — I'll be unable to provide specifics regarding the issue that was experienced.

However, I would definitely recommend contacting our Account Administration department if you've not already done so; they'll review the situation an address it accordingly. =)
