Option to unmerge battle.net account?

I am sick and tired of losing countless hours of playtime due to the Battle.net account issues.

We are PAYING to beta test your new system and get nothing but issues in return.

I highly regret my decision months ago to merge my account and would like to see the option to unmerge.

I'm sorry if this situation has caused any inconvenience or frustration for you, Crowquill. As a few of our players have suggested, if you are experiencing an issue with your Battle.net account and would like to request that your World of Warcraft be dissociated, it would probably be best to contact the Billing department by phone for assistance. While I can not guarantee what options will be available, we will be happy to help to the best of our abilities.
