also i dont get why u can only have 10 chars on 1 realm, can have like 40 more chars on other servers that i will never play on but can only 10 day on the server i only play on? :/

Our ingame mail system is realm specific, at least at this time.
There is no way to mail between realms.

i want to make more characters on chogall but im out of room and not going to make a new account unless i can send boa items to that account.
No, doesn't work across account either, nor cross faction.
Edit: The only way to do what I think you are trying to accomplish would be to have those items on a character and transfer the CHARACTER to the other account. That works across realms as well.
