Scroll of Resurrection - Error

Recently, my friend sent a Scroll of Resurrection to my inactive account.
The account meets all specifications for the scroll, but when I login to receive it, I am presented with:

"Sorry, but there has been an error with your request.

* Go back to the previous page
* Return to main"

Needless to say, this is rather discouraging.
Is there any way to fix this problem?

We are aware of a current issue which is not allowing players to accept Scrolls of Resurrection on their account.

We are working towards a full resolution to the Scroll of Resurrection issue at this time and will have a resolution as soon as possible. I would recommend periodically attempting the service, as once this is resolved, Scrolls should be accepted as normal.

To note, at this time, Wrath of the Lich King accounts are not eligible for the Scroll of Resurrection promotion, however this may change at a later date, and the FAQ would be updated if such occurs.
