Elemental itemization is poor, but it effects more then just the elemental shamans.

Holy pallies share the same issue with garbage mp5 gear, alot of really well geared resto shamans now focus on crit for LHW strong healing rotations. and many of the offset pieces are shared between resto shamans, holy paladins and elemental shamans. As well as a few BiS cloth pieces, because there is no craftable elemental and no badge driven elemental gear anywhere, zilch, zero, nada, no comprende.

Well, too be honest I have no problem with sharing, but this is where I tell you that your mp5 itemization spam on way-way-waaay to many pieces of the gear, and not to mention your bad use of PTR testable elemental sets (had a friend tell me you gave us mp5 offset pieces and healing/ring necks and no hit gear) I mean what does that say to you, are your designers really that naive to design a class and not know its inner workings or give a good platform for people interested in the spec to use?

I mean really, c'mon. All this fair and just talk I hear about classes and itemization fixes ...where is it? where? if this is the direction that things will head in t9, then I feel sorry for anyone who sticks around after ulduar a.t.m., specially as an elemental shaman. Believe it or not you did a better in t7 then in t8.

I hate to make it sound like I'm directly flaming GC or anyone innocent in this case, but you guys screwed the pooch on this one, I know you got 30 pooches you could screw at any time, but deleting much more insightful posts then mine, ones from other classes who notice the trend is bad mojo. Please do yourself a favor and read a few and do something about it.

While discussions of itemization are appropriate, this has become a QQ thread about how terrible the developers are. As such, we are locking it.

You need to confine your criticism to the design, not the designers. This is not a forum to air your grievances. This is a forum to provide feedback on class design.
