Q u o t e:
The Emails Were Sent To [email protected]

I understand that; what I mean is: did they request this information from you?

I only ask because there are specific methods on how to submit it, and reasons why we would ask for it.

Alright, and have you reviewed the most recent email that was sent to you?

The one that says why we were unable to unlock the account?

You need to not send the same information over and over again. =/

It's not going to help.
Q u o t e:
- A photocopy of a valid ID is not included.
The name on the ID did not match the name on the account.
The ID used was not an acceptable type of ID.
The ID was suspected to be a forgery.

Please note the ID must be included in an attachment along with the recovery form if you are sending it via email.
You need to follow those instructions, and correct the issues with your submission. =/

Understood.

Then you simply need to wait until you receive a response; unfortunately, they are quite busy as of late.

.I think Bliz needs to consider changing to an M rating or change there ToS.

The rating is done by the ESRB, and is based on the content in the game.

And unless you are of legal age — 18 in the United States and a large majority of our supported regions — you are unable to agree to a legal binding contract.

As mentioned in the Terms of Use:
