Oh and just so it's clear, I did see the questions on dual wielding. You want to know if it will be improved and what our design goal is for dual wielding. I get it and it is already written down. I am now looking for other things.

Can somebody (I only need 1) give me a full breakdown on the Mind Freeze issue? Include if this worked differently in the past and changed, if talents have any effect on this, if the tooltip is not accurate, things like that.
