Forum Ban Appeal

Hey there, I emailed Blizzard the other day via webform appealing a forum ban on my main account. I was then told to send any inquiries to [email protected], which I had done so a few months ago and had never gotten a response. I might have just misspelled the name in the initial email, but I just want to make sure that it is correct and if so, how long does it usually take for a response?

[email protected] is indeed the correct venue to dispute a forum suspension. It may take substantial time before you receive a response from this address. When you contact that address, please be sure to use the email address registered to the affected account as well, please.
