Game Card Key not working

Bought a 60 day Game Card from a site, and they sent me the pin # by e-mail, now i ordered 1 EU and 1 US card ( 60 day each ) The EU one worked Fine, but the US one keeps giving me an error ' Invalid game time key '


Is there any way to verify if this is a proper key or have i been swindled D:

If you simply wish to check and see if the game card is valid, you’re welcome to contact the Billing department for help. However, if it turns out the card is indeed invalid then it would probably be best to contact the retailer for assistance in the matter.
