The issue is being investigated.

To clarify the situation for everyone:

It would appear that the Authentication Server is experiencing issues, and as such many of you will be unable to login. Additionally, this does mean that you will also likely be unable to login to Account Management at this time.

As I mentioned previously, this issue is presently being investigated and addressed by our Technicians.

Talyssa, while I certainly appreciate your standpoint, and I can definitely understand your frustrations with the issues that you've obviously experienced, I would appreciate it if you left out the inflammatory comments; those are the kinds of things that lead to inappropriate commentary from both sides.

For those of you who keep asking: if I had an ETA, I would provide it to you. Unfortunately, I do not have one for you at this present time, however we do hope to have it resolved shortly.

Have you ever checked your Full Payment History? I'm sure you'd be surprised. ^_^
