Battle.net merged, but says i havent

Ok well i decided to assign two of my account to my Battle.net account i merged ext and now i try to log in and it says i have no merged accounts to my Battle.net account, then i try and merge the account again and it says it's already merged...

Try to log in on WoW account management and this happens

"This Battle.net account does not have any World of Warcraft accounts associated with it. To merge a World of Warcraft account with this Battle.net account, click here. "



Please help.

I do not show this one you are posting with currently merged.

Can you give me a character name/realm from the account that you are having the issue with?

It's never a good idea to post an account name anywhere. I can find the account with just a character/realm that is on it.

Yeah, I'm not showing that one merged. Giving Billing a call might be the best course of action, they can see a bit more detail than we can.

That is what is a bit peculiar about this, Dilex. I'm not showing that account merged.

I recommend Billing because they can see into that system a bit more deeply than I can, and may be able to clear this up for you a bit more quickly.

He is referring to a character name, Nike - those are fine.
